What’s it for?
We use this when thinking of planning, designing or implementing an open innovation programme and wanting to know what would be involved at each stage.
How do we use it?
We can use all of this process or individual parts of it depending where we are in our innovation journey. Please do spend some time getting familiar with it, moving backwards and forwards through the tools, to see where it might be most useful and how the tools compliment each other.
After that, feel free to dive in to the individual tools. Each has its own short briefing document to guide its use. When browsing the toolkit, each of the six main section begins by asking a key question. Just follow these to be guided through.
